The ways to prevent:
1. Encourage Guests to be Green
2. follow the mantra: “switch off when not in use”.
3. Making things more efficient -
Air-conditioners (Air conditioners should be installed away from direct sunlight),
Refrigerators (Make sure that it is not located near a cooker, stove or oven and not exposed to direct sunlight),
Lights (Change your lights to energy efficient ones. And if you can afford it, change your bulbs to light emitting diodes (LED), as they last much longer; consume less energy).
Opening the electric bill like opening a boom? Not sure this month electricity is how much? Hope is decreasing not increase?
Why i say Mantra sign is effecient? It is because it is way of Psycology. Descriptive norms can be very powerful at influencing behaviour because people generally want to be “normal” and do what the majority of people are doing in given situations.
