1. Package A (Self Prepare by own favorite)

2. Package B (Semi Owner Prepare)
- Management will handle the renovation by following today's trend (will approach owner to get approver) 管理层会和屋主商量以现在的潮流来负责屋子的装修

3. Package C (Manage From Start to the end)
- Management will handle the renovation by following today's trend (will approach owner to get approver) 管理层会和屋主商量以现在的潮流来负责屋子的装修
- Managemet will prepare the linen, towels, kitchenware and the things you wish to provide to guests. 屋主需要自备毛巾，床单物品，厨房用品和一些您希望会有提供给客人的
