We offering a few packages to owners:

1. Package A (Self Prepare by own favorite)

• Owner has to renovate the house with fully furnished before let us manage. 在给我们管理前，屋主自己需要装修屋子
• Owner has to prepare all the linen, towels, kitchenware and the things you wish to provide to guests. 屋主需要自备毛巾，床单物品，厨房用品和一些您希望会有提供给客人的
• Owner has to pay the utilities such as water, electric, wifi and so on. 屋主需要给每个月的水电费

2. Package B (Semi Owner Prepare)

• Management will handle the renovation by following today's trend (will approach owner to get approver) 管理层会和屋主商量以现在的潮流来负责屋子的装修
• Owner has to prepare all the linen, towels, kitchenware and the things you wish to provide to guests. 屋主需要自备毛巾，床单物品，厨房用品和一些您希望会有提供给客人的
• Owner has to pay the utilities such as water, electric, wifi and so on. 屋主需要给每个月的水电费

3. Package C (Manage From Start to the end)

• Management will handle the renovation by following today's trend (will approach owner to get approver) 管理层会和屋主商量以现在的潮流来负责屋子的装修
• Managemet will prepare the linen, towels, kitchenware and the things you wish to provide to guests. 屋主需要自备毛巾，床单物品，厨房用品和一些您希望会有提供给客人的

Owner must prepare:

• Access card & Parking access card
• Fully furnished 

        

Kitchenware - Fork, spoon, knife...

Linen, towel, pillow case and so on
